Any mods, tools, or macros that give you an unfair advantage (speed hacks, health regen, no-shadow exploits, AFK automation, etc.) will result in a permanent ban. Visual mods that don't affect gameplay are fine.
Don't abuse bugs or glitches for personal gain. If you find one, report it. Any items or money gained through exploits will be removed.
Don't use out-of-game info (streams, Discord, name tags) to gain an in-game advantage. What you know out of character, your character doesn't know. Don't appear in other players' livestreams while in the city.
Don't force outcomes on other players or roleplay abilities that don't exist in-game. Use /me in an open-ended way, don't spam attacks, and don't exploit mechanics (flipping cars, spam-jumping, escorting non-downed players) to gain an edge.
Don't use Discord, Teamspeak, or any external voice chat while connected to the server. All communication must happen in-game.
Keep all OOC talk in Discord. Don't use immersion-breaking language, reference other servers, call staff "the government," or refer to alternate characters as "cousins." Work around bugs in-character and report them later.
Every interaction should be immersive and engaging. Low-quality RP includes: ignoring /me actions, talking normally while injured, robbing without reason, spectating shootouts, and repetitive lazy scenarios. Put effort into your roleplay.
Act like your character has one life. If you're at gunpoint or heavily outnumbered, comply. Don't take reckless, suicidal actions just because "it's a game."
If you go down and respawn or get treated at the hospital, you forget how you died. Stay away from the scene for 30 minutes and don't retaliate against the responsible party for 60 minutes.
Don't disconnect or respawn to dodge an active RP situation. If you crash, reconnect and resume the scenario as soon as possible.
Before engaging in torture RP, get explicit consent via /me. If the other player responds that they're not comfortable, stop immediately.
Always initiate roleplay and communicate verbally before resorting to violence. You may defend yourself if someone tries to harm you, damage your property, or ignores your threats — but the RP comes first.
Don't randomly kill players or use vehicles as weapons without valid RP justification. Excessive ramming during chases or shootouts is also prohibited.
After any shooting scenario, there is a 30-minute cooldown before you or anyone retaliating on your behalf can engage again.
Explosives may only be used during active shootouts or as part of a well-developed RP scene. Random, unprovoked destruction is not allowed.
A maximum of 5 criminals may participate in any criminal activity (6 for Oil Rig). No outside help via radio, lookouts, or bringing scenarios to your turf to get backup.
Major heists require a real plan — don't just run and drive. No fake hostages. Don't interfere with other crews' active robberies. No robberies 60 min before or 30 min after a restart (15 min after crashes).
You can rob or scam players, but it must involve quality RP and a valid reason. You cannot force players to sell property, withdraw bank funds, hand over vehicle ownership, or use crafting stations. No robbing at teleport locations.
Robbing PD, DOJ, or EMS purely for their gear is not allowed. Interactions with law enforcement should have real RP reasoning behind them.
Gangs should have identity and depth beyond constant violence. Be creative with your storylines, activities, and interactions.
Don't wear gang-specific clothing, flags, or liveries you haven't obtained through RP. Taxing must involve genuine effort and quality roleplay — not just pulling up with guns demanding payment.
Don't use vehicles to excessively ram during shootouts or chases. Vehicles with unbreakable or tiny windows can't be used for crime. Stanced cars are banned from criminal activities.
Aircraft are a privilege. Use them realistically for transport or recon. Don't use them to easily evade police or hot-drop into gang conflicts. No intentional mid-air collisions.
You must be able to communicate in English. Other languages are allowed between willing parties as long as no rules are broken.
In-character trash talk is part of RP, but OOC insults, threats, racism, and harassment are never okay. Don't be toxic to staff — use the ticket system if you have concerns.
Don't spam messages, commands, or voice chat. Advertising other GTA communities is an instant permanent ban.
Use the Discord ticket system for all player reports. In-character reports must be filed within 72 hours. Only those directly involved may report in-character incidents. Staff concerns go through tickets, not DMs.
Staff calls are final in the moment. If you disagree, submit a ticket — don't argue in-game. Staff may pause RP situations if rules are being broken.
Don't create new characters to funnel starter money or assets to another character. Transferring wealth between your own characters is not allowed.
All vehicle and asset sales must go through the proper in-game systems. Don't use direct transfers to dodge fees or misrepresent sale prices.
Lifers cannot break out without staff approval. RP as if DOC guards are always present. Don't break into prison without a solid plan. No camping hospitals to taunt downed players.
